A group of North Texas real estate developments have been honored by the Urban Land Institute and are competing for top industry recognition.

The North Texas District Council of the ULI will pick four top projects for its annual Impact Awards.

Finalists for the ULI’s Innovation award include Prescott Realty Group’s BLVD apartment development in Dallas, TBG Partners’ design for the Harvest development in Northlake, being developed by Hillwood, and the Beck Group’s submission of the Piano Pavilion at the Kimbell Museum of Art in Fort Worth.

The projects nominated for the ULI Influence are the City of Plano’s Downtown Plano Transit Village, Catalyst Urban’s Lancaster Urban Village Development and Cooper & Stebbins’ Southlake Town Square 2. Read more
